Environmental Portable Laboratory- Atom Hawk External Brief.

Background Story - Due to rising global temperatures, rainforests became massively overgrown and impenetrable for regular machinery to get in and extract resources, so specialised mechs were designed to be able to navigate through the difficult terrain where tractors and tracks can’t get to and cut down and extract the precious trees within. The mechs are also designed with defences against the massively overgrown dangerous predators that roam the forest.

Brief- Create a piece of technical equipment that could be seen alongside this kind of functional machine, for example, a toolbox or general hardware used for maintenance, a fuel cell or a piece of the machine itself. 

To fulfil the brief, I came up with the idea that this asset is a supply crate that would be deployed into the forest to help support the mech. The supply crate would provide ground surveying equipment and tools to assist the mech on its mission. The crate itself is self-powered and is used to help EBS (Earth Bound Solutions) gather important information about how global warming has affected the rainforest.
